Aaron is a copywriter at Atlantic New York. He’s part of the team responsible for last year’s Super Bowl smash “Until the Bitter End” commercial for the last Blockbuster store in Bend, Oregon. (Be sure to check out the case study video, which Aaron narrates himself.) Love it.

His portfolio is a mix of student work and post-grad projects for brands like Jeep, Delta Dental, Budweiser, Advil, and Tile. It’s so interesting to see how the walls between in-house and agency have broken down over the past 10+ years—allowing portfolio school creatives like Patrick to go back and forth in a way we couldn’t 20 years ago. Dig it.
Leonidas is a senior copywriter at Ogilvy Greece in Athens. (How fun is that? Fun.) All kinds of cool projects in his portfolio, including “Into The Unknown” for the Onassis Cultural Centre (above) and Instamagotchi, a virtual pet living that grows as you use social media—and tells you if it’s growing too fast. Think a few of us could use something like that. (Ahem.) Dig it.

Matt is a senior copywriter at VCCP in NYC. There are so many cool projects in his portfolio, MC had a hard time choosing which to feature. (High-class problem, as the kids say.) Don’t miss his first project, JFK Moonshot (super cool), featured above. Love the idea/strategy behind the second project—Friends Again for B of A. And how does MC get some of those Coca-Cola Tic Tacs? Hmm.
David is a senior copywriter at Barkley in Denver. Since his last post on MC back on 08.30.2019, he’s been busy (including a move from Motive to Barkley). His updated site now features “celebrity cameos, meat-scented spa products and in-theatre entertainment that transformed into campy culture fodder.” (Nice.) It also features Pepsi Summergram—for which David wrote over 3,000 summer puns. Hello, dream project. Even if they only printed 50 of them.
Cole is a copywriter/GCD at Flint Group of Agencies in Minneapolis. (He was also a student of MC’s back in the day. MC takes full credit for all of Cole’s success since. Kidding!) He’s got a new site up with a bunch of cool work including projects for Bobcat, Flint, Mortarr, Pioneer, some old ad school stuff (fun to see again), and a special “headlines only” page. Dig it.

Craig Likhite, VP/Creative Manager at Cramer-Krasselt, is on the hunt for a senior team (senior art director + senior copywriter) to join their team in Chicago. From Craig:
We are looking for an individual or team to help us continue to make friends, not ads. You’ll work across integrated clients like Tropicana, Porsche, Corona Hard Seltzer, Spirit Airlines, Pacifico, Cedar Fair Parks, and more. The position is based in our Chicago office. All C-Kers will have a hybrid work schedule when we return to the office in January 2022.
The team we’re looking for already has a great portfolio – broadcast/film as well as fully integrated campaigns. Let’s see some non-traditional thinking, too (PR-driven ideas /brand acts).
You will be equal parts concept-driven and design-driven. Someone who puts the idea before execution. And then, crafts the ever-loving hell out of that idea. This is an individual, or a team, who thinks about who would direct, DOP, and edit it all. A team who lives to produce work that makes their colleagues jealous. Who goes for not just a great PR idea but wants that idea on the cover of Archive.

It takes a little exploring to find your way around, but that’s part of the fun. Don’t miss the link, “I f*cked with Cannes Lions” which got a shout-out from Luke Sullivan. Dig it.
Till is a copywriter at Heimat in Berlin, Germany. (Headlines are in German but Till translated each into English in the captions on his site.) His portfolio includes projects for brands like Gorillas (grocery delivery app), Techniker Health Insurance (reaction to C19), Goldeimer (The Children’s Book of Poop), Trade Republic, Volkswagen, and Lufthansa. So cool to see what a working copywriter’s site looks like after five years in Berlin. (It looks great.) Dig it.
