Also don’t miss his Route Notes, deep thoughts that came to Al while stuck in L.A. traffic. MC’s favorite, because it happens to be true at the exact moment of this posting, is “One of the absolute worst things that can happen in your life is that you get home after a long day, you head straight to your bedroom, and then you realize that you still have to put the fitted sheet on your bed before you can sleep in it.” So deep. So true.

Michael is a copywriter in Los Angeles. Before COVID-19 hit, he was hired to be Playboy’s only in-house creative as they attempted to rebrand and become more inclusive in the digital age.
