Diego is a Brazilian art director/senior partner/CD at Ogilvy NYC. His site is so simple. It’s a “karaoke style reel,” plus links to Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, Contact, Store (yes, a store), and Tweet This!

Mark is a copywriter/ACD at BBDO in NYC. With Cargo, Carbonmade, etc., out there, MC is seeing fewer and fewer sites that feel custom. Mark’s is one of the few. Not only does it look cool, but it’s super easy to nav through the work (which is great, by the way). Nice.

Niels is a senior copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather NY. (He’s also a fellow Oregon Duck. Go Ducks!) Lots of cool stuff on his site, including work for IBM, UN Climate Change Conference, US Open, and the Office of National Drug Control Policy. By the way – how great does Vimeo HD video look? Now that you can watch Vimeo on iPhone, it may be time to officially crown it as the best option for portfolios.

Laurence is a copywriter at Berlin Cameron United in NYC. He shares a site with creative partner/AD Jason Slack. There’s a bunch of killer work on their site for the NHL, Land Rover, Snickers, Kindle, etc., but I just had to feature the awesomeness above from their “not advertising” section, labeled simply “World’s Greatest Ad.”

Mara is a senior copywriter at Ogilvy NY. Love her writing. Love the attitude running all the way through her book. Don’t misses: everything in Recent Campaigns and Non Ad Activities. Also, NBA on TNT TV.

Bonnie is a copywriter at JWT in NYC. She’s got a great mix of media on her site: TV, OOH, digital, banners and blogs. My fave is her personal blog, My Art Of Giving. You ask Bonnie to make something. She makes it. Then you donate to one of eight charities as “payment” for the art. Love it.

Howard is a copywriter at DDB NY. His portfolio is fun all the way through, but check out his stuff for NY Lottery. Piglets in bunk beds. Bunnies riding tea cups. Could MC be more jealous of that shoot? No. MC could not. Just ridiculous.

Alex is a senior copywriter at SS+K in NY. He shares a site with AD/creative partner Joao Medeiros. They were both born in Brazil, grew up in England, and started their careers in Singapore and Belgium. They also speak four languages (not the same four). All of which makes their work truly international and totally interesting.

Nathan is a copywriter at AKQA NY. I learn something from almost every portfolio site I visit. From Nathan’s, I learned exactly what I’m going to do in about 10 years, when my daughter starts dating. (Portfolio: TV/Radio: first spot) Thank you, Nathan.

Aron is a senior copywriter at DDB NY. Lots of awesome work on his site. Check out his lotto campaign: “It’s not what you win. It’s what you lose.” Great idea. And so true.

Kate is a copywriter at McCann in NYC. She’s got Mr. T in a MasterCard commercial on her reel and it’s brilliant. Vintage bad-ass T, but even more bad-ass because he’s aged like a barrel of mean whiskey. (Barrel of mean whiskey? Sure. Go with that.) Good stuff.

Dafna is a copywriter at Publicis NY. Her stuff makes me jealous. Quirky, smart, simple, human, and just plain funny. You can tell she has a blast being a copywriter. Love that.

Derek is a copywriter at JWT in NYC. Don’t misses: Rapidograph, Schick and Filene’s Basement. Found this awesomeness on the bottom of his rez page: “I grew up in a trailer in Missouri. Now I live in Park Slope. Whew…that was close.”

Jenne is a freelance copywriter in NYC, formerly at McCann and Lowe. Her site was built with Indexhibit, which is my other favorite customizable pre-formatted site thing (in addition to Cargo). She’s got a lot of content on her site, including a Photography section and a page called Musicals and Movies I Should Write. Dig it.
Portfolio: thejenneraub.com
Jenn is a copywriter/ACD at Razorfish in NYC. She’s also a writer-writer. From her site: “Jenn has published articles in I.D., ReadyMade, Salon, Slate, and Wired, as well as several anthologies. She has also published short stories in Seed and Adbusters, and is the author of two books and a planner.” A copywriter who actually gets her on-the-side writing published. For reals. Tip o’ the hat, Jenn.

Mike is a copywriter at Brooklyn Brothers in NYC, formerly at Red Tettemer and Ogilvy. Ever wondered what it would actually look like if someone had their head up their ass?

Serena is a copywriter/CD at Strawberry Frog in NYC. Love how her portfolio is organized. Digital, Analog, Shiny Prizes, and Resume. Digital is broken out into Branding, Campaigns, Site Redesign, and Interactive Flare. Analog represents the first 10 years of her career on the traditional side, and is broken out into Print and TV. Put it all together, just awesome.

Jay is a copywriter/ECD at The Barbarian Group, formerly at R/GA. What a crazy cool variety of projects on his site. Pepsi’s Dear Mr. President, R/GA Little Red Books, The Verizon Beatbox Mixer … and not a single print campaign.

Chris is a copywriter/CD in NYC. What a killer portfolio. Don’t misses: All four Work Samples on the home page and, if you’re somehow the one and only person who hasn’t seen the Smirnoff Green Tea Partay vid, check that out. West Coast, baby.

Josh is a copywriter/CD in NYC, previously at DDB, Martin, W+K, TBWA Chiat, and GS&P. Once again proving MC’s theory that surfers make stellar copywriters.

Nick is a copywriter out of NYC, previously at Toy and BBH. He shares a site with creative partner/AD Thompson Wharrell. They’re responsible for one of the greatest online virals of all time: Elf Yourself.
Portfolio: nickandthompson.com
Ellen is a copywriter at Deep Focus NYC, previously at AKQA. Being the Janet Champ fan I am, I’m always interested in the evolution of Nike Women. Ellen has a Nike Women Asia campaign in her book that’s pretty huge. Lots of other cool stuff for Nike, Xbox and Visa, too.

Sam is a copywriter/CD at JWT in NYC. His site just rocks. Couple of don’t misses: first two spots of Fatty Golf Open (hilarious!) and, in Info, scroll down and check out the Client History Map. Never seen that.
Portfolio: sammazur.com
Rebecca is a copywriter/ACD at AKQA NYC. Her site is super quirky fun. (Totally stole my theme song, BTW.) A little taste from her self-description: “West Virginia native but I still have most of my teeth. I’m allergic to cats, in need of a tan, and teach Easy Bake Oven cooking classes in my free time. (Very tiny meatloaves).” Want one! Don’t leave without checking out her Weird Fun page. It’s weird. And fun.

Luke is a copywriter at Razorfish in NYC, AKQA before that. His portfolio is a blast to poke around and explore. On top of page two is a site for Benjamin Moore that’s described like this: “What is the color of Rock n’ Roll? What is the color of passion? Of power? Of sound? Discover how others view color and express your own.”
Portfolio: lukecarmody.com
Stephen is a copywriter/ACD at Gotham in NYC, Lowe and Ammirati before that. Go to the TELEVISION section and click on the Stella Artois spot “Femme Fatale.” I don’t know how they got the daughter to cry “Mommy!” like that. (Not sure I want to know.) But it’s sooo perfect.
Portfolio: stephenlundberg.com
Sean has moved to W+K NYC from Anomaly. It makes me so happy to write that. Not that he left Anomaly. Anomaly is awesome. But Sean and I went to Oregon together, and there’s a bond between Oregon and W+K that’s deep. Seeing Sean land at Wieden makes everything right in the world. Big congrats, Sean. And for the zillionth time, thanks for Reservoir Dogs and The Afghan Whigs.

Brian is a copywriter/ACD at The Concept Farm in NYC. He’s also the brains behind Ask A Copywriter. Philosophy: “I believe advertising should be a force for good. At the very least, it should be great.” Amen, brother.

Roger is a copywriter/ACD in NYC, formerly at Lowe and Leo Burnett. In the Content section of his site, check out rexona. Robots auditioning for commercials. Hilarious.

Alec is a senior copywriter at Y&R NY, Publicis and Maxim and BBDO before that. See, this is how you get a job in advertising. Check out The Google Job Experiment. Brilliant.
