Jeff Johnson

Jeff is a freelance copywriter based in Tampa, FL. What a cool variety of projects on his site for brands you’ve definitely heard of—and some you maybe haven’t. Cool mix of projects on his site including work for Chobani (above), Stella Artois, Diageo, Ball Park, Ronald McDonald House, Chick-Fil-A, and a Chick-Fil-A site, LoveIsHere.com, “developed to encourage an ongoing, honest conversation about love, relationships, marriage, and family.” Once again proving MC’s theory that copywriters know everything about everything—especially relationships. Spencer Fleury

Spencer is a marketing/technical copywriter in Florida. Because of the nature of his work, his book doesn’t look like the other books on MC. (Doesn’t make it any better or worse, just different.) About a month ago, I sent out an emergency tweet asking if there was a technical writer willing to help my sister, who’s getting her masters in technical writing, with her final project. James is a copywriter/CD in Tampa. Lots to click around and explore on his site. I went into Digital and then Sleepsonian Institute, where I watched a video called Dust Mites. Apparently, they can excrete 200 times their body weight. Which, naturally, reminded me of one of the greatest things about being a copywriter. The accumulation of brilliant trivia about a completely random assortment of topics.
